"value": "AV:N - On affected Monaco/QCS8300 systems, the unreserved hypervisor-owned PFNs enter the global page allocator, and the reference platform has enabled Ethernet RX paths that allocate pages in response to unauthenticated network traffic. A local memory-pressure trigger also exists, but network reachability is the highest defensible vector.\nAC:L - There is no race or fragile timing requirement; the attacker can repeatedly induce allocations until the allocator hands out one of the bad PFNs. The need for affected hardware/firmware is part of the vulnerable configuration, not attack complexity.\nPR:N - For the network-trigger scenario, sending packets to a reachable interface requires no credentials, capabilities, or prior local account. The allocator and driver path is reached before any application-level authentication.\nUI:N - Exploitation does not require a victim user to open a file, mount anything, or perform an action. Packet delivery or repeated allocation pressure is sufficient.\nS:U - The observed impact is a crash of the Linux kernel on the affected device. The issue does not demonstrate compromise of the Gunyah hypervisor or another security authority.\nC:N - The bug causes attempted access to hypervisor-owned physical pages to abort, not a successful memory read primitive. No evidence indicates disclosure of Linux or hypervisor memory.\nI:N - Although Linux may attempt to allocate, zero, or DMA-map the bad PFNs, the described outcome is a fatal external abort rather than attacker-controlled modification or code execution. No reliable integrity impact is shown.\nA:H - The fix commit reports fatal Synchronous External Abort exceptions and kernel crashes when the kernel accesses these PFNs. Repeated allocation pressure can retrigger the crash, causing high availability impact."
