Locally the same code is reachable through `/dev/infiniband/rdma_cm`, which has no capability checks in `ucma.c`.\nUI:N - The flood of CM REQs is processed automatically by the kernel's CM and MAD workqueues with no action by any local user or administrator.\nS:U - The soft lockup stalls a kernel workqueue and CPU within the same security authority; no VM, IOMMU, or sandbox boundary is crossed.\nC:N - The defect is lock contention in the timeout handler — no out-of-bounds read, uninitialized data, or freed memory is exposed, so no information is disclosed.\nI:N - No memory corruption or unauthorized data modification occurs; the handler processes the same WRs, only with excessive lock churn.\nA:H - The result is a soft lockup with a CPU stuck for tens of seconds, stalling the `ib_mad` workqueue and all RDMA connection management, and triggering a kernel panic on systems with `softlockup_panic` enabled. The condition is repeatable on demand by continuing the REQ flood."
